Kotori Technologies, LLC Acquires Outsourced CIO, LLC
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — Kotori Technologies, LLC is proud to announce its recent acquisition of Outsourced CIO, LLC (OCIO), under the leadership of Neadom Tucker and Derek Iannelli-Smith, respectively.
Founder of OCIO Iannelli-Smith is coming to Kotori Technologies with more than 20 years of experience in information technology consulting and strategy. A seasoned professional, Derek Iannelli-Smith will fulfill the Integrator role in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). Neadom Tucker, the Founder and Solutions Architect of Kotori Technologies, will continue to play an active role as Visionary.
As Integrator, Derek will be supporting Kotori operationally and technically, while Neadom, the EOS Visionary, will focus on sales. By implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System, the growing company hopes to improve workflow, and hold every leader and employee accountable for their own success in the organization.
