Kotori Technologies is pleased to announce their newest member, Angel Alexander, as the Client Experience Assistant. In her new position, Angel will maintain client relations and service communication while assisting Neadom Tucker with sales and marketing opportunities.
Angel is a native Charlestonian, with over 14 years dedicated to the hospitality industry. She attributes much of her success to taking the time to understand her client’s needs, developing a personal interest in each project and doing whatever it takes to deliver above and beyond their expectations. Angel is a University of South Carolina graduate with a BA in Advertising. While attending college, she established her role in leadership with the Delta Zeta Sorority, Beta Delta Chapter at USC, chairing up the Social Committee as well as Recruitment and Home Coming.
After graduation, Angel took her first hospitality position as the F&B Manager at The Golf Club of South Carolina. Three years later, she was offered a position at Riverbanks Zoo & Garden (RBZ&G) as the Director of Catering Sales with the ARAMARK corporation. Her attention to detail and flawless execution was one of the many accomplishments made to the Catering Sales Department at RBZ&G. Her career portfolio includes Marketing and Promotional Materials, highlighting her creative concepts and graphic design skills, as well as Visual Merchandising in popular retail stores like Belk Inc. Angel brings a vast array of talent and client relations to the wonderful world of IT here at Kotori Technologies where our client service is what makes our business a success.
