Neadom Tucker,
Solutions Architect & Founder

Hey, I’m Neadom (like when ya need’em, ya got’em), and I’m the Solutions Architect and Founder of Kotori Technologies.

Before 2006 I found great interest in the evolving market that is technology. For as long as I can remember, my life’s purpose has revolved around helping others. Guiding and educating them to reach their highest potential. It only makes sense combining the two would equal a successful business. And so, Kotori Technologies was born.

“Kotori believes that we are only as strong as our weakest employee. Which is why we invest both personally and professionally in each member of our team by offering them individual training as well as self-development plans for their future”Elizabeth Goodman, Operations Manager, Kotori Technologies

    Elizabeth Goodman, Operations Manager

She’s been part of the Kotori tribe for over 8 years. Although she owns 30 pairs of shoes, she’s proud to say 10 of them are flip-flops. From the low country, Elizabeth’s guiltiest pleasure would be a slice of pecan pie.

    Jeffery Brown, Project Manager

He may look tuff but the one thing no one knows about him is his love for Romantic Comedies. Jeffery is a huge sports fan, so it’s no surprise that he is extremely talented at corn-hole and horse shoes. Both of which are most commonly played while tailgating. Hmm.. Can we say coincidence?

    Matthew Smith, Network Administrator

While he isn’t a Charleston native, like the rest of the group, he has lived in the low country for over 24 years. His favorite team is Michigan. Go Blue!

    Shelton Robinson, Help Desk Engineer

Shelton is one of Charleston’s finest and while he loves living in his home town, his sports heart resides in Washington with the Redskins, Florida State with the Seminoles and North Carolina with the Tar Heels. Most weekends, when he isn’t on call, you can find Shelton doing what he loves most, enjoying his family.

Stephanie Lauger, Level 2 Support Engineer

If it’s Sunday, Stephanie is brunching with bottomless Bloody Marys. Don’t worry, she skips the weekend she’s on call. 12 years of living in the lowcountry, this native neighbor comes from Myrtle Beach, SC. She has a secret infatuation with Harry Potter. After 10 years’ experience in IT, Stephanie believes the learning never stops.

Christopher Jones, Apprentice Help Desk Engineer

Chris said his favorite adult beverage is… UNDER AGE, which we feel is a great answer since he is only a few month’s shy of graduating high school. He enjoys watching the Atlanta Falcons and is so excited to continue his education in the wild world of technology.

    Angel Alexander, Client Experience Guru

Although new to technology, Angel brings years of event planning, marketing/advertising and superb customer service to our sales team. She has one fur baby, named Marshall Tucker, and think’s he’s the best 4-legged baby a girl could want. When she isn’t working, you can find her sipping on a Stoli O. with soda & splash of cranberry juice. Don’t forget the lime.

Kotori Culture

Work-life balance and family atmosphere are paramount to Kotori. We celebrate our workers through appreciation days, special events, birthdays, holiday gifts and invite their families to attend fun offsite events periodically throughout the year.

We give back to our community. Actively involved in the local Rotary Club, we also donate used equipment to non-profits for their use or gain through recycling. Everyone is encouraged to volunteer their time or resources.
